Rates and availability

1. First check our Availability Calendars:

Please note that our rental week is for arrivals on a
Saturday after 3 pm, with departures on a Saturday before 10 am.

 2. Then calculate your weekly rental rate:

Payment schedule:
1/2 of the above due 60 days before arrival, the balance due 14 days before arrival.

A $200 Security Deposit, due when reserving your dates. It will be refunded within 14 days after departure if there is no damage.

3. Read our simple Rules and Cancellation Policy.

Note that there is:
-  No smoking allowed (even on the lanai)
-  No pets
-  Occupancy is limited to four people, at least one over the age of 25.

4. Contact the owners, Jim & Judy Luger, to request a reservation (or ask any questions you might have) by:

*Call any day between 9 am and 8 pm U.S. Central Time (GMT - 6 hrs).

5. After we have approved your request, you can print our Rental Agreement, or we will email or postal-mail one to you. When you mail or fax it back signed with the $200 security deposit, your vacation time will be reserved!

Security deposit can be paid with a check, money order, VISA or MasterCard. Our home fax number is 952-912-0875, and is a secure environment for credit card information.
